Organisations understand that they have to be more agile to meet demand, and to do this they have to transform. Business transformation can mean the need to rewire whole departments, notably HR and finance, but also boosting investment into staff training and employee engagement in order to retain talent. It’s a tall order for executives and a challenge they must adopt policy on quickly, particularly with rapid changes in IT and security implications.
