Challenging the status quo

The pay gap between disabled and non-disabled adults has fallen, but there’s still room for improvement. This infographic from the Diversity and Inclusion Special Report shows the employment rate for UK disabled people stands at 47.2 per cent, compared to 80.3 per cent for non-disabled.
