His latest book, The JOLT Effect: How High Performers Overcome Customer Indecision, debuted in September 2022.
Matt is also a frequent contributor to Harvard Business Review on topics ranging from sales effectiveness to customer experience strategy.
He holds a Ph.D. in political economy and lives in the Washington, DC area with his wife and four children.
