Alex is a Partner at Lippincott, a global brand consultancy. He’s an expert in brand strategy and customer experience innovation across financial services, healthcare and consumer goods. Alex has led global brand strategy and innovation work at John Lewis, UBS, Very Group, Standard Chartered, AXA and MetLife, running multi-country segmentations, developing global brand positionings and defining customer value propositions. Alex also co-leads Lippincott’s sustainability platform, helping companies to build a meaningful engagement with customers on climate. Alex studied Philosophy, Politics and Economics at Oxford, focusing on game theory and behavioural economics.
