How often do you check your smartphone each day? Most people say between 20 and 30 times. However, new research by Nottingham Trent University shows the number is more like 85. This worldwide obsession with screens is only set to soar. And where consumers lead, advertisers follow. Global mobile advertising revenues almost doubled last year to $53 billion and are predicted to reach $134 billion by 2018, according to a study by Zenith.
